Tabor Oaks

Tabor Oaks at Oakwood Village West offers assisted living for residents in need of physical assistance with the activities of daily living. Tabor Oaks is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) and regulated by the State of Wisconsin to provide assisted living services.

Assisted Living offers a blend of personal care, privacy and an opportunity to build new friendships, and is designed specifically for older adults who need assistance with the activities of daily living. Our programs enable residents to retain their independence and enjoy their lives in a setting of support, fun, and understanding.

 

Assisted Living at Oakwood Village Will....

  • Relieve daily burdens by providing meals, housekeeping, and laundry service

  • Ensure a high staff to resident ratio

  • Provide personal care, such as medication management and assisting with bathing

  • Provide social services

  • Provide in-house chaplain services

  • Offer three delicious, nutritious meals per day plus snacks

  • Offer activities tailored to enhance each resident's creativity and individuality

  • Offer education and information services for families
