Oakwood East Health and Rehabilitation Center

The Oakwood Village East Health and Rehabilitation Center opened it's doors in March 2008. This beautiful new facility was designed wtih resident comfort and covenience in mind. Throughout the design process, colors, fabrics, flooring, amenities and the general layout of the building were selected with the goal of creating the most home-like setting possible. The program is designed to help residents attain or maintain their highest level of well-being, and our goal is to return residents to their home or prefered setting as quickly as safely possible. We are happy to work with you to help you achieve your personal health goals and assure your comfort while you are here.

The Health and Rehabilitiation Center offers comprehensive rehabilitiation services (physical, occupational and speech therapy) for people at any stage of recovery from injury or illness. Customized treatment plans focus on maximizing physical, cognitive and behavioral abilities. Acitvity professionals help integrate therapeutic procedures into normal daily activities, enhancing the rehabilitation process.
