Hebron Oaks skilled nursing facility is a progressive care center where well-trained staff provide rehabilitative and short-term care, plus those simple acts of kindness that make life worth-while. Programming is designed to help residents attain or maintain their highest level of well-being, and our goal is to return residents to their home or prefered setting as quickly as safely possible. Hebron Oaks offers comprehensive rehabilitiation services (physical, occupational and speech therapy) for people at any stage of recovery from injury or illness. Customized treatment plans focus on maximizing physical, cognitive and behavioral abilities. Acitvity professionals help integrate therapeutic procedures into normal daily activities, enhancing the rehabilitation process.
