Covenant Oaks
Covenant Oaks at Oakwood Village West, which can provide care for 40 individuals, offers assisted living for residents diagnosed with a form of dementia or memory loss. The environment in the memory care facilities is one which supports resident independence within secure surroundings. Greater focus is placed upon security and resident supervision. Programming is designed especially for residents with memory-impairment, and residents are encouraged to remain socially active at meals and throughout the day.

A pair of rooms in each household (households consist of ten rooms) has a shared bathroom, ideal for married couples. Rooms are furnished and decorated with each resident's personal belongings, fostering a feeling of familiarity and security. Residents of each household share a pleasant, country-style kitchen and a comfortable living room.
