Oakwood Village is committed to providing staff with a comprehensive benefit program. Benefits available to all employess include competitive salaries, free parking, and an on-site pharmacy.

 

Staff members scheduled to work a regular part-time schedule are eligible for the following additional benefits:

  2. Health and Dental: comprehensive medical and dental insurance at group rates for benefit-eligible staff.

    Disability: Short and long-term disability with monthly income for illness/injury.

  1. 2. Paid Time Off (PTO)

  2. Combines traditional vacation, holiday, personal and short-term sick time into a single paid account. PTO accrual is based on the number of hours worked per pay period and length of service.

  3. 3. Retirement Savings Plan

  4. Tax deferred annuity for added income when you reach 65. Oakwood will match a percentage of your contribution after one year of service. There is no vesting schedule.

  5. 4. Flexible Benefit Account

  6. Allows staff to pay unreimbursed medical expenses and child care, using pre-tax dollars.

  7. 5. Shift Differential

  8. Hours worked on a PM, night or weekend shift, will qualify for additional pay in the form of an hourly shift differential.

  9. 6. Educational Assistance Program

  10. Tuition Reimbursement is available to benefit-eligible team members after their orientation period.

  12. Confidential external counseling services for staff and their families.
